Richard "RJ" Johnson

R.J. has worked at a community college in Florida for the past ten years. He facilitates their Teambuilding and Communication Skills class and computer classes.

RJ has done consulting for over 19 years. He has helped local schools and hospitals along with various businesses in real estate, banking, marketing, and insurance save money, become more effective, create a vision and get employees involved and energized. In 1999, he co-created a project for Sprint, which received one of four national awards for innovation.

R.J. has a B.S. in Computer Science and an MBA from the University of Central Florida. He also has a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from the University of Arizona.
