Phoebe Helm has served higher education since 1974 as faculty and administrator. Most of those years were in community colleges in Illinois, California, Kentucky and Tennessee. She recently retired as president of a college in Chicago. Phoebe's other positions included: vice chancellor, economic development and vocational education for the California Community Colleges, vice president of academic affairs, interim vice president of business affairs, associate dean of arts and sciences, and director of developmental education.
Phoebe has an Ed.D. from the University of Kentucky, plus 18 hours of post graduate work in law and finance in higher education.
