Phil Fultz is a management analyst for the United States Marine Corps. He has been working with educational organizations and non-profits since 1978.
Phil has served in various elected capacities in his local community including as the Board President for a California Community College. He has been active in professional organizations at the state level. He has been recognized nationally for the development of literary programs. Phil is also published and has taught at the undergraduate and graduate level.
Phil has been trained as a grant writer and has experience writing competitive grants for the federal government.
He earned a Master of Arts degree in Management from the University of Redlands in 1982, and Bachelor of Arts in Management from the University of Redlands in 1980. Phil also earned his Associates of Art degree from the College of the Desert in California. He is especially proud of his military service and attended many military courses in his 12 years of service.
