Monique is a certified life and business coach, a certified personal trainer and an adjunct instructor in a County Community College District in Arizona. Monique’s mission is to develop individuals and organizations to their fullest potential. She successfully integrates her business and coaching experience with her background in wellness to provide clients with a well-rounded learning experience.
Monique provides coaching, training and speaking services to individuals, organizations and government entities across the country. She has a warm personality with a focused and direct approach.
Monique graduated from Davenport University in Grand Rapids, Michigan with a degree in business management. After which, she spent 15 years in the corporate healthcare industry in roles such as management, project management and employee development. She transitioned to the educational field and spent three years as a business instructor in a career and technical institute, before becoming a certified coach.
Monique is a graduate of Coach University and a certified coach through the European Coaching Institute. She has completed training on topics such as sales, personal development, business development, government procurement and instructional design. She is the published author of numerous wellness and coaching articles, as well as the contributing author to Ophelia’s Mom.
