Mikki Davis has more than twenty years of experience in Human Resources management, Office management and Training for Fortune 500 and other large corporations.
Mikki has facilitated team building, leadership development and personal growth and development. Mikki has been certified by Company of Experts.net as an Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator, with experience in leading mini-summits in Appreciative Inquiry for businesses, government agencies, hospitals and churches. She is a thirty year veteran in developing, coordinating, training, and directing children and adult programs, clubs and classes including rural, large urban and regional groups. She serves her clients as a Corporate Training Consultant and a Professional Organizer. She is also an Adjunct Professor at area colleges and universities and facilitates Divorce Recovery.
Mikki has a Master’s degree from Oklahoma University and holds membership in the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO), Faithful Organizers, and is a member of the Originating chapter of W.I.S.E. (Women Initiating Successful Endeavors), She was recently nominated for the 2008 Outstanding Professor of the Year at Mid-America Christian University, College of Adult and Graduate Studies, MBA program.
