Kay is an exceptional facilitator, team builder, and communicator. She has a gift for building instant rapport and gaining the trust of participants. Kay facilitated a teambuilding and organizational tenets/values retreat for Student Services – a group of 55 individuals consisting of counselors, administrators, and program coordinators – and within minutes she had us believing in the process, ourselves, and in each other. Kay’s experiential approach to facilitation and team building engages each person, encourages participation, and energizes the group. We had fun AND we worked hard. Her creativity, energy, and strong team building and facilitation skills laid the foundation for an outstanding retreat experience.
