"I appreciate the periodic contacts you have made with our workshop team. You have valuable resources to share, but I am also reminded of what a great week I had with you and the team last summer.
I have managed to incorporate so much of what we learned in my teaching this semester! My tenure committee members think that I have suddenly 'evolved' into a wonderful community college educator, and I almost feel guilty taking credit for it! Seriously, I am deeply appreciative of you and the manner in which you conducted our course. I don't know if these (Instructional Skills) Workshops are always so successful, or if it was the group's dynamics, or if it was your skillful facilitation, but the effect on me has been life-changing."

"Earl began his team building work with the Asab Petroleum Development Team at a time when we were initiating a team reorganizing, and had difficulty in aligning conflicting opinions and interests in the team. He used a wide range of team-building activities - working with the whole team in a residential workshop setting - and coaching strategies, meeting on many occasions with me individually and with the Leadership Team. Earl's facilitation effort significantly helped our team, and we made a number of changes as the result of his work. Unfortunately Earl had to leave the country for another assignment before our reorganization process was completed; however, we were further indebted to him for recommending a suitable successor, and his effective hand-over of the facilitation process. Currently the team is performing very well; I think Earl would be pleased to see how well we are working together."
