Earl Bloor

Earl Bloor has served community colleges in the United States, Canada and in the Middle East since 1971 as a faculty member, instructional design consultant, mid-manager, and senior administrator. In the Middle East, he worked with a major international oil company and with one of the United Arab Emirates' Higher Colleges of Technology. Earl has taught chemistry, served as faculty union president, worked in government and industry in the Human Resources function, participated in and chaired external audits of colleges, and has sat on both sides of the collective bargaining negotiation table (at different times). Earl has been certified by Company of Experts.net as an Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator.

Earl has conducted workshops throughout the world -- Instructional Skills Facilitator Training workshops in colleges and universities from Canada's frozen north to Hong Kong and from the Middle East to California and Massachusetts; Career Development and Performance Management workshops in the corporate environment of an international oil company -- and has led instructional design and curriculum development projects for system-wide post-secondary programs. He has also facilitated leadership development courses and team building activities.
