Craig Laser has been involved with healthcare and educational programs since 1989. He has over 19 years of experience as a leader in nursing, clinical operations, administration, education, consulting and organizational development. As a leader, he has driven and implemented organizational change initiatives, developed and implemented processes and strategies and has achieved world class results in associate and customer satisfaction.
His areas of expertise include behavioral styles (DiSC), curriculum development, customer service, facilitation, leadership development, operational and process enhancements, organizational change, and program development.
Since 1991, Craig has been working with leaders to enhance their effectiveness and thereby increasing individual, team and organizational performance- the human dimension. Craig’s expertise focuses on building leadership competence by building a relationship that focuses on partnership and collaboration.
Craig has his BSN from Arizona State University and his MA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix. Craig is a member of the Organizational Development Network. Craig lives in Phoenix, Arizona.
