Cheri Torres, MBA, MA, and doctoral student in Collaborative Learning, is an educational consultant. She has worked with hundreds of corporations, community organizations and schools to develop excellence through positive transformation. She co-designed and patented an award winning, innovative, high performance portable low ropes course and has authored numerous articles and books including The Appreciative Facilitator: A Handbook for Facilitators and Teachers and From Conflict to Collaboration. Cheri is an Associate Member of AI Consulting, is involved with Business as an Agent of World Benefit, a member of the Academy of Management, the Positive Change Corps (PCC), and the Association for Experiential Education (AEE).
