Sharon is a partner in a consulting firm. Appreciative Inquiry is the primary change formation for all Sharon’s workshops. As a pastor/spiritual director, professional teacher, and business owner she has trained and coached leaders to capitalize on growth potential through positive regenerating stories and systems thinking that have dramatically impacted productivity, employee retention and profits.

Sharon is an Appreciative Inquiry facilitator. Working as an Intentional Interim Minister in the Eastern Region of the U.S., she consults with churches, synagogues and religious organizations in transition, change and/or conflict using a unique mediation process from an Ai systems approach.

Sharon is certified in the following assessments: MBTI®, Firo-B®, 360º, CPI 260º, LPI®.

As an Executive and Spiritual Leadership Coach, Sharon works one-on-one and with groups to build positive working and volunteer environments. Her training supplemented with a coaching contract has a proven track record of extraordinary success in retaining the best employee talent and increasing the quality of life at work. Her intensive training seminars focus on professional emotional intelligence competencies and growing people to succeed.

Sharon is a proven transformation agent in every organization she has engaged! As a creative artist, she often uses story, art, film, poetry and literature in her trainings to communicate important and cutting edge organization development initiatives and changes. Multiple learning intelligences require multiple ways of teaching for assimilating and using new information. While carefully assessing your corporate culture, she will work with you to tailor training and coaching to bring out the best in each individual for the collective good.

Sharon specializes in the fast pace corporate setting, high stakes information technology departments in hospitals, and religious organizations. Sharon has facilitated workshops in academic, corporate, church and hospital settings. She has taught at the Professional Academy and Seminary level, worked as a Director of Advertising for two large firms; and is trained as an Executive Coach through the College of Executive Coaching, and as an Appreciative Inquiry Consultant and facilitator through the Company of Experts. She holds a M.Div. from Palmer Seminary in Philadelphia, and a D.Min., from Wesley in Washington D.C. focusing on Collaboration and Dialogue in Systems, Theology and the Arts.
