Scott Jeffers
Scott Jeffers is an accomplished executive who has 25 years of business experience spanning the retail apparel, financial services and consulting industries. Scott has held executive level positions in research, strategic planning, management, sales and marketing at some of the most prestigious banks and mass merchandisers in the country. He currently runs his own consulting company, which focuses on helping organizations, both public and private, optimize their performance. He has worked with some of the leading consultancies in the country (Booz Allen, First Manhattan Consulting Group and Oliver Wyman) and completed projects for the likes of Bank of America, BMW, Citibank, HSBC, TD Waterhouse and Wachovia. Scott specializes in analyzing organizational situations and developing and implementing strategic solutions and programs geared to optimize specific aspects of organizational performance. Solutions can be developed and implemented to address any number of critical organizational issues, such as; building an impactful brand identity, effectively positioning your brand in the marketplace, becoming relevant to the marketplace, developing a valued customer experience, how to balance expense reduction and customer retention, effective facilities maintenance and management, building a powerful marketing machine, optimizing employee productivity, effective process improvement, innovative new product and service development, existing product and service enhancement, how to create an effective service culture and how to develop a portfolio of ways to grow revenue.
