Renee Alfieri
Renee M. Alfieri was the Vice President of a Financial Services in which her focus was Talent Acquisition, Onboarding and Mentoring Systems as well as being the Chief Learning Officer. Prior to that, she was a Sr. HR Business Partner at First Data, The Home Depot and Federal Express. Renee works as a consultant, facilitator, and trainer throughout Long Island and Manhattan, New York and as a Career/Life Coach nationally by telephone. She is a member of The National Association of Female Professionals, Society of Human Resources, American Society for Training & Development and the Organizational Development Network of Long Island. Renee has a strong background in conducting workshops for business professionals from the Baby Boomers, Generation X and the Millennial’s. She is also a Mentor Coach to Entrepreneurs in Business Development Coaching, a Mentor to other Human Resource professionals through the Society for Human Resources Management and is a Career Directors International Expert. Renee teaches in Adult Education at Lindenhurst School District and New York College of Health Professionals in Syosset, NY in a variety of career-related courses such as Resume Writing, Interviewing Skills and Career Development & Assessment. She speaks frequently at Alumni Associations and is a member of The Massapequa Chamber of Commerce, ExecuNET and a local BNI in Massapequa, NY. Renee specializes in Career Development Coaching and Transition & Outplacement Counseling and holds a number of certifications in coaching and career management. Renee also administers a variety of assessments to individuals and teams at various stages of their career in DISC, MBTI, 360 Reach, Self-Directed Search, Strong Interest Inventory, FIRO-B, Genos Emotional Intelligence and MAPP. Renee received the Robert Clifford Oliver Human Relations Award at Pace University in 1994 for outstanding achievement in the Human Relations program of the Psychology Department at her Undergraduate program in New York City. She was also the recipient of the Centennial Merit Scholarship to attend New York University where she completed her M.A. degree in Career Counseling and then pursued her Certificate of Advanced Studies at New York University as well in Guidance Counseling, in which she holds provisional certification as a School Counselor. |
