Paul Hill

Paul Hill has 20 years experience in community colleges in Michigan and Oregon.  Starting as a faculty member, Paul has held positions as department chair, associate dean, dean, vice president and campus president.    He holds degrees from Kent State University, the New England Conservatory and a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.

Paul has facilitated department chair leadership programs across the United States as well as in Canada, Australia and the United Arab Emirates.  His current position with the Oregon Employment Department coordinates integrated workforce services with Oregon’s Community College and Workforce Development agency and the state’s workforce investment boards.  He has served on the boards of several non-profit organizations, on the Public Relations and Marketing Commission of the American Association of Community Colleges, and is currently board chair of the Oregon Health Career Center.
