Mike McHargue

Mike McHargue has been a member of the faculty at a northern California community college since 1977. He also has served as coordinator of staff development and the Teaching Resource Center. Mike has been certified by Company of Experts.net as an Appreciative Inquiry Facilitator.

Mike holds a Ph.D. in counseling psychology and psychological studies in education from Stanford University. He earned his master of arts degree in counseling and guidance, and educational psychology from California State University at Northridge, and his bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Occidental College. Mike also served as an American Council on Education (ACE) Fellow in Academic Leadership.
