Her most recent consultation took her to South Africa where she worked with a team to develop a Leadership Development proposal (based on AI) and a Reflective Teaching Model for professional development.

Judith’s passion is working with people to bring out the best in individuals, teams and organizations. She is committed to distributed leadership and believes that there are often unrecognized leaders in our organizations just waiting to emerge. She has a particular interest in reflective practice for teachers and members of organizations, and she is a great admirer of the work of Parker Palmer: The Courage to Teach and Stephen Brookfield’s The Critically Reflective Teacher.

Judith earned an M.Ed. from Salem State College of Massachusetts in Community Counseling and a B.A. from the University of Miami.
